Have you ever thought about how small the chances are that you'd be born?

If there's one thing history has changed and just one of your million ancestors haven't crossed paths with other the exact moment they did, then you possibly wouldn't exist, you might never even have lived a single day.

It's pretty scary, if we are honest with ourselves and it all comes down to chance.

We are all miracles...

What were the odds against a life? Any life?

All of our lives?

When you think of all the untold billions of sperm that fell on 'stony ground'  and the eggs beyond number that were destined to make their journey unfertilized, and the virtual impossibility of any sperm and any egg ever meeting, it's a wonder that anyone ever got born at all.

Every last one of us... a walking miracle!

So whenever you feel like life's throwing all it's pebbles at just you or you feel suicidal, you could even feel like commiting murder, that project you're embarking on might look stagnant and even look like a big mistake, that little monster you're babysitting could be downright frustrating, teachers, family members, bosses, friends and even spouses can be blind to your emotional turmoils, I know but darling, take a deep breath and think of how miraculous it was that the sperm that became you, reached the egg first.

Don't say ew, it's really soothing...try it.

And because it's a new month(a really special one... Yeah, it's my birth month!),you really need the reaffirmation of the miracle that you are!

It will all get better!
